 Let’s be honest for a second. When was the last time you felt truly compensated for your effort? I’m not talking about the paycheck that hits your account every two weeks, which seems to vanish into the abyss of bills, rent, and groceries before you’ve even had a chance to enjoy it. For most of us, that feeling is nonexistent. You work hard, you solve problems, you hit deadlines, and at the end of the year, you’re rewarded with a pat on the back and perhaps a 3% raise that doesn't even cover the rising cost of coffee, let alone your future.
